There are differences of opinion, and there is truth and error. The two must never be confused. ~dkb~

Those who live their lives without reference to the God of Truth are likely not interested in my opinion on any of the endless plethora of choices open to them. But they may be receptive to my love and respect for them as humans who bear the image of God, marred as that image might be. Perhaps people whose lives intersect with mine may become intrigued by traces of God’s presence left upon my life. ~dkb~

My deepest griefs from living are the hurts I have caused others. ~dkb~

Where there is no mystery, there is no meaning. Secular philosophical intellectualism is about eliminating both. ~dkb~

Old age is like piloting a plane that is running out of fuel. The closer you get to the ground the fewer your choices for a smooth landing. ~dkb~
